An introduction to PREVI
More than 40 years after the building of PREVI in the outskirts of Lima, this neighborhood is getting the attention and appreciation it deserved from the beginning.
In the spring and early summer of 2015 PREVI got the attention of the world, thanks to the exhibition in MoMA, New York: Latin America in Construction: architecture 1955-1980. A publication with the same title accompanied the exhibition.
In april 2015 a daylong symposium about PREVI was part of the project: Latin American Incrementalism: From PREVI to the Present with a central role for Peter Land.
