The PREVI-site!
Design, building and changes of a remarkable neighborhood in Lima, Peru 

This is the first real PREVI-site, set up by Helma Hellinga, urban sociologist and owner of Heldijk-urban research.

With this site I hope and expect to bring together all the knowledge about the neighborhood PREVI in Lima, so we can learn from each other and fill in the missing links. Your contribution will be highly appreciated!

In 2015 Prof. Peter Land, the initiator and leader-on-the-spot of PREVI, published a book about this remarkable Peruvian housing site. 

​Since I started this website, new developments brought PREVI in the centre of the world. Read more about it under the tab PREVI AND WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT.
